You must lift heavy weights to increase your fitness and strength, which is what this class focuses solely on. You will perform the compound lifts (squats, pressing, pulling) and their assistance exercises. Our coaches will ensure you are doing movements with correct form in a safe, effective program. If you want to nail your pull-ups in the A10/20 classes or hold your headstand longer in yoga, this is the class to get you there.
